Southern Grace Trailer Sales Warranty

  1. Warranty Coverage

    Southern Grace Trailer Sales (“SGTS”) is pleased to offer the following warranty coverage to our valued customers:

    Frame, Axles, and Tires: SGTS provides a one-year warranty from the date of purchase for all trailers, covering defects in the frame, axles, and tires.

    Paint and Wood: For a period of 90 days from the date of purchase, SGTS guarantees the paint and wood components against any defects.

    Tailgate: A manufacturer defect-only warranty applies to the tailgate of the trailer. This warranty is in effect from the date of purchase.

  2. Warranty Terms and Conditions

    To be eligible for warranty coverage, the customer must adhere to the following terms and conditions:

    • The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser of the trailer and is non-transferable.
    • The warranty is effective from the date of purchase as indicated on the purchase receipt.
    • Warranty coverage is limited to the repair or replacement of any defective parts or materials, at SGTS’s discretion.
    • All warranty services will be performed by qualified personnel employed by SGTS. Repairs will be conducted in a professional and workmanlike manner, in accordance with the performance specifications set by SGTS.
    • The warranty does not cover damages caused by accidents, misuse, negligence, improper maintenance, modifications, alterations, or any unauthorized repairs.
    • SGTS reserves the right to inspect and assess the trailer to determine warranty eligibility.
    • Customers are responsible for transporting the trailer to an authorized SGTS service center for warranty service, if applicable.
  3. Warranty Exclusions

    This warranty does not cover the following:

    • Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to tire wear.
    • Damage resulting from overloading the trailer beyond its specified weight limits.
    • Damage caused by environmental factors, such as corrosion or exposure to extreme weather conditions.

  4. Limitation of Liability

    SGTS’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective components. SGTS shall not be held liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.

  5. How to Obtain Warranty Service

    To obtain warranty service, please contact Southern Grace Trailer Sales. Be prepared to provide proof of purchase and describe the issue in detail.

    This warranty is in addition to any rights and remedies provided under applicable law and does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
